DMCA Policy

This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notice and counter-notice.
Filing a DMCA Notice

Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted on Iphone 16 Oferta was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA, your counter-notification must include substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
